House Rules
No Loud music after 9pm
Security Deposit – if you damage the home, or break any of our rules, you may be charged up to £250
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10am. All late check-outs will incur a charge. Please remember that ‘check-out’ refers to when the keys have been handed back to us You will incur a minimum charge of £30 as soon as a late check-out is recorded. If you are more then 2 hours checking out of the apartment, you will be charged the minimum standard price of the apartment for that night. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT. The standard night rate that will be charged will not take into consideration any discounts that may have been applied. If we have to delay, refund or cancel a booking due to your late check-out, you will be liable for all costs that are incurred.
SMOKING: Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, if any evidence is found of guests smoking inside the apartment you will be charged a minimum fee of £100. If the remains result in a disruption to the following guests booking or a higher cleaning charge, you will be charged accordingly. Smoking can include but not be limited to; cigarettes, shisha/hookah, cannabis, illegal substances etc. Please dispose of any butts in the cigarette bin provided or you can be charged a minimum of £50. You are responsible for your guests too.
CHECKOUT: is before 10am.
Security features: If you tamper with the camera (this includes but is not limited to covering, moving or disconnecting) you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your deposit.
TERMS&CONDITIONS: Before we provide check-in information to yourself, you will be required to read, agree to and sign our terms and conditions, which will be sent to you before your check-in time where you will need to upload a form of legal ID that matches the details of the booking (drivers license, provisional or passport).
We have a strict no cancellation policy. If we do agree to cancel your booking (which is to our digression) you will be charged a cancellation fee.
KEY RETURN: Keys Must be returned or there will be a £100 fine incurred.
