House Rules

SECURITY DEPOSIT – if you damage the home, tamper with any security devices or are asked to leave due to rules being violated, you may be charged up to £300 or for the cost of any repairs/replacements.
Please note, for bookings considered high risk, you may be asked for a £200 deposit to be paid up front.

CHECK-OUT: check-out is before 10am. All late check-outs will incur a charge. Please remember that ‘check-out’ refers to when the keys have been handed back to us - you will incur a MINIMUM charge of £30 as soon as a late check-out is recorded, which increases every 30 minutes. If you are more than 2 hours checking out of the apartment, you will be charged the minimum standard price of the apartment for that night. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT. The standard night rate that will be charged will not take into consideration any discounts that may have been applied. If we have to delay, refund or cancel a booking due to your late check-out, you will be liable for all costs that are incurred.

SMOKING: Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, if any evidence is found of guests smoking inside the apartment you will be charged a minimum fee of £100. If the remains result in a disruption to the following guests booking or a higher cleaning charge, you will be charged accordingly. Smoking can include but not be limited to; cigarettes, shisha/hookah, cannabis, illegal substances etc. A cigarette bin is provided on the balcony, any butts found in the neighbour’s garden will incur a minimum £50 charge, damages to the neighbour’s possessions will be charged on top.

NOISE: We have a strict no loud noise after 10pm policy. If we have intel of any disturbances or the volume within the apartment is high, you will be given a warning. If you are warned twice you may be asked to leave and still be charged for your stay. The apartment is noise monitored.

TERMS&CONDITIONS: Before we provide check-in information to yourself, you will be required to read, agree to our terms and conditions. You will also need to upload a form of legal ID matching the name on the booking (driver’s license/provisional preferred). If you sent a passport it will need to be accompanied by a letter. Only those on the booking are permitted inside the apartment – You may be charged for extra guests or forfeit your booking.

TERMINATION OF STAY: If at any point you are asked to leave during your stay due to any of the above reasons, you will still be charged for your night rate and be fined on top.

KEY RETURN: Keys must be returned or there will be a £100 fine incurred. Failure to return the key is seen as theft and law enforcement will contacted if necessary.
